Our Story
Committed 365 Roofing was not built in a boardroom.
It was built on rooftops.
The founders, Mitch and Cody, both grew up in the roofing industry. As teenagers, they started the same way many people in construction do, hauling scrap, cleaning job sites, and helping crews wherever they were needed. By the time they were fourteen, they were already working on roofing crews.
Through high school and into college, they installed roofs and learned the trade from the ground up.
They didn’t start by selling roofing.
They started by building it with their own hands.
In 2018, Mitch and Cody decided to start their own company together. In the early days, most of the work was subcontract installation for other contractors while they learned the business side of the industry and worked to build something of their own.
Why This Company Was Built
Very quickly, Mitch and Cody ran into something they didn’t expect.
Because they were roofers, people often assumed the worst.
The industry they had grown up respecting carried a reputation that was hard to overcome. Roofing had always felt like something to be proud of, a skilled trade that protects homes and families, but stepping into the business side made it clear why that reputation existed.
For too long, the industry had accepted low standards.
Instead of accepting that standard or becoming part of the problem, Mitch and Cody made a decision.
They were going to build something different.
Committed 365 was designed to operate as a professional home service organization that happens to deliver roofing and exterior solutions, built around clear systems, strong communication, and a predictable experience homeowners can trust.
As the company grew, they partnered with companies like the Roofing & Solar Reform Alliance, a national movement focused on raising professionalism and standards across the roofing industry.
